This kit was developed to improve acceleration and back shift performance in a variety of conditions and also to help recover performance lost from installing large aggressive tires and mud conditions . This kit uses Dalton's patented "Quick Adjust Cam Arms" which allow you to add or subtract mass from the main body of the flyweight without even removing the weight from the clutch. TERYX K.E.B.C. BILLET BLOCK OFF COVER

Here is the Dasa racing K.E.B.C.billet block off cover. The K.E.B.C. is short for Kawasaki Electric brake controller. This is a must have item for the teryx. When you install any over drive cover on the Teryx you have to unplug the KEBC. With this billet plate you can completely remove the KEBC and replace it with our new trick billet cover. It will save some weight and most important you dont have to worry about the KEBC coming apart and destroying your clutch.

DASA RACING TERYX BILLET INTAKE PLENUM RINGS
If you have a 2008 teryx you need these Teryx intake Plenum rings. The Teryx Intake Plenum is the small black box that sits on top of the carbs. No need to worry about your Teryx intake plenum coming off every again. Save yourself lots of $$$$$ with our low cost one time fix for this issue....... The Teryx intake plenum rings will offer a solid clamping surface for both of the intake boots. It will not disrupt the intake flow and they are simple to install. You will not see them once they are installed and the Teryx intake plenum will not come off EVEN IF YOU TUG ON IT once these parts are installed. Here is the issue with the stock plenum .......
The two holes on the bottom of the plenum are
1. not long enough to get a solid clamp on
2. they angle in .... promoting the plenum to slip out and let dirt and crud into your engine
3. they are not made of thick enough material so they flex when clamped on ..... and the will plenum slips off
4. OIL GOING INTO THE AIR BOX IS COMMON ON THE 08 ..... THIS COMPOUNDS THE ISSUE causing the plenom to slip off.
5. now add in a set of pipes not jetted EXACTLY right ..... a small pop through the intake ..... and plenum is again slipping off.
Bottom line if your plenum has not come off yet ..... IT WILL ...... if you dont have these on your Teryx. Trust us its no fluke. That is why we made these
 
DASARACING BILLET WATER PUMP IMPELLER

TERYX POWER COMMANDER V
The Dynojet Power Commander V plugs inline with your bike's stock fuel injection system. It uses OEM (original equipment manufacturer) style connectors making installation easy and quick. The Power Commander USB allows a full range of fuel adjustment, as much as +/- 100% over stock. Adjustments can be made either with a Windows based computer or by using the face plate mounted button adjusters. No permanent changes are made to the bike's system. Once the unit is removed the bike reverts to its stock settings ..... OR ...... purchase the Auto Tune kit and let it do all the work for you. The auto tune kit sends information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects a/f while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in and ride. Below you will find some Power Commander V features.
  • Reduced size from PCIII (less than half of the size of PCIII)

TERYX DYNOJET AUTOTUNE KITS FOR POWER COMMANDER V


Don't have a dyno tuning center nearby and want to make sure your teryx is tunned right? Are you more of a D.I.Y. (do it yourself) type? Are you constantly changing parts on your Teryx? If you answer "yes" to any or all of the questions above, then this Auto Tune kit is for you. The Dynojet Auto Tune kit is an "add on" accessory that can be used with any of our Power Commander V's. It connects to the PCV with a single cable and requires only a ground and +12 volt connection to be made to install. If your exhaust does not already have one, a "weld in" O2 sensor bung is included. Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work. For advanced users that would like to change the Air/Fuel ratios from our baseline they are fully adjustable. Each throttle opening/rpm combination is individually adjustable, so that you can have both fuel economy, during cruise, while maintaining peak output at larger throttle openings. For most models of bikes it is also possible to adjust the Air/Fuel ratios "per gear". This gives you total control of the fueling in every gear and throttle/rpm area if required.
