DASA RACING TERYX DUAL EXHAUST

Dasaracing has done it again. After months of dyno testing and design work Dasaracing brings you their full Teryx dual exhaust. All Dasaracing Teryx dual exhausts are hand made here in the USA and the quality really shows with perfect tig welds, trick billet end caps, billet canister mounts, extra thick head pipe flanges and the end caps do unbolt for easy canister repacking. This Dasaracing Teryx exhaust is designed to get you the most hp possible out of your stock teryx. By bolting this system on your stock Teryx you will see a DYNO PROVEN 8HP increase at the rear wheels. Dasaracing did not stop there as this same pipe with its huge stepped head pipe design will give you huge gains over other exhausts on the market once you install your big bore kit or other engine modifications. DASA RACING 38MM TERYX THROTTLE BODIES

Here are the new 38MM Dasa Racing TERYX throttle bodies. You will gain about 7 HP at the rear wheel when you bolt these new DasaRacing TERYX throttle bodies on your big bore TERYX. When you place your order you will get one brand new set of DasaRacing 38MM TERYX throttle bodies. We have machined them to our exact specs with new thinner throttle plates, new thinner throttle chafts and our special cuts to make big HP on your TERYX. These Dasa Racing TERYX throttle bodies will bolt right on to your car with no other modifications needed..

DASA RACING TERYX RACING INJECTORS

These DasaRacing TERYX big injectors are a must have for any 2009 TERYX wanting to make HP. The stock injectors will hit 100% duty cycle with piston and cam kits. These new DasaRacing TERYX big injectors will support 800, 840, and other builds when your stock injectors max out. The DasaRacing TERYX big injectors will drop right into your stock throttle bodies. These are sold in pairs only.

TERYX CLUTCH

This kit was developed to improve acceleration and back shift performance in a variety of conditions and also to help recover performance lost from installing large aggressive tires and mud conditions . Improved acceleration and back shifting under load . Also offers flexibility to tune your clutch to rider preference and conditions while still maintaining maximum belt grip. This kit uses Dalton's patented "Quick Adjust Cam Arms" which allow you to add or subtract mass from the main body of the flyweight without even removing the weight from the clutch. This helps make for quick and easy adjustment for tire sizes, conditions, and changes in rpm requirements from internal engine mods, etc . This kit is very adaptable to mods/changes you may do the vehicle in the future ,and you can adjust it to maximize the power delivery to the ground in many different changes/mods and situations. It is like having MANY clutch kits in one as it comes with optional components and complete tuning and instruction manual to accurately set up your CVT system for stock tire, oversized tires, high elevation, or even modded engines.

TERYX BILLET OVERDRIVE CLUTCH COVER

Well here it is the new FULL BILLET overdrive clutch cap from Dasa Racing.The Dasa Racing billet aluminum teryx overdrive clutch cap was built specifically for this Teryx model. Once installed it will allow more belt travel for increased top end speed. Just bolt this Dasa Racing Teryx billet overdrive clutch cover on in place of the existing stock cover plate. No machining or modification of the drive clutch is necessary ti install this dasaracing teryx billet clutch cover and you can go back to stock at any time. Some companys machine out the stock covers. We have seen failures by machining out the stock cover. So we designed this dasaracing Teryx billet overdrive cover for increased strength, better cooling and lighter wieght over the stock cover. TERYX K.E.B.C. BILLET BLOCK OFF COVER

Here is the Dasa racing K.E.B.C.billet block off cover. The K.E.B.C. is short for Kawasaki Electric brake controller. This is a must have item for the teryx. When you install any over drive cover on the Teryx you have to unplug the KEBC. With this billet plate you can completely remove the KEBC and replace it with our new trick billet cover. It will save some weight and most important you dont have to worry about the KEBC coming apart and destroying your clutch.

DASA RACING TERYX FILTER KIT

The stock filter on the Teryx is TERRIBLE as it does not have a solid clamping surface. Dasa Racing has fixed this issue with the new Dasa Racing Teryx intake kit. This Dasa Racing Teryx intake kit will offer a solid clamping surface, oversized billet adaptor, Teryx oversized air filter, outerwear and a little extra Horse Power as an added bonus. The Dasa Racing Teryx filter kit will install into a stock Teryx air box. You can then remove the air box lid or leave it on without having to worry about dirt getting in the intake. DASA RACING TERYX BILLET INTAKE PLENUM RINGS

If you have a 2008 teryx you need these Teryx intake Plenum rings. The Teryx Intake Plenum is the small black box that sits on top of the carbs. No need to worry about your Teryx intake plenum coming off every again. Save yourself lots of $$$$$ with our low cost one time fix for this issue....... The Teryx intake plenum rings will offer a solid clamping surface for both of the intake boots. It will not disrupt the intake flow and they are simple to install. You will not see them once they are installed and the Teryx intake plenum will not come off EVEN IF YOU TUG ON IT once these parts are installed. Here is the issue with the stock plenum .......

The two holes on the bottom of the plenum are
1. not long enough to get a solid clamp on
2. they angle in .... promoting the plenum to slip out and let dirt and crud into your engine
3. they are not made of thick enough material so they flex when clamped on ..... and the will plenum slips off
4. OIL GOING INTO THE AIR BOX IS COMMON ON THE 08 ..... THIS COMPOUNDS THE ISSUE causing the plenom to slip off.
5. now add in a set of pipes not jetted EXACTLY right ..... a small pop through the intake ..... and plenum is again slipping off.
Bottom line if your plenum has not come off yet ..... IT WILL ...... if you dont have these on your Teryx. Trust us its no fluke. That is why we made these

DASARACING BILLET WATER PUMP IMPELLER

Here it is the fix for your Teryx overheating issues. This billet impeller will eliminate cavitation at idle and dramatically reduce your engines water temp.

PWR TERYX RADIATOR

The Teryx runs VERY HOT even stock. Installation of his PWR radiator will lower engine temps dramatically.The stock radiator is a single pass radiator that is 30mm thick. This PWR radiator is a dual pass radiator that is 42mm thick and will also hold almost 500cc more fluid then the stock radiator. All radiators will come polished to near-chrome shine. PWR TERYX OIL COOLER

Here is the final link in keeping your teryx cool. This is the complete bolt-on oil cooler kit for the Teryx. TERYX POWER COMMANDER V

The Dynojet Power Commander V plugs inline with your bike's stock fuel injection system. It uses OEM (original equipment manufacturer) style connectors making installation easy and quick. The Power Commander USB allows a full range of fuel adjustment, as much as +/- 100% over stock. Adjustments can be made either with a Windows based computer or by using the face plate mounted button adjusters. No permanent changes are made to the bike's system. Once the unit is removed the bike reverts to its stock settings ..... OR ...... purchase the Auto Tune kit and let it do all the work for you. The auto tune kit sends information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects a/f while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in and ride. Below you will find some Power Commander V features.

TERYX DYNOJET AUTOTUNE KITS FOR POWER COMMANDER V

Don't have a dyno tuning center nearby and want to make sure your teryx is tunned right? Are you more of a D.I.Y. (do it yourself) type? Are you constantly changing parts on your Teryx? If you answer "yes" to any or all of the questions above, then this Auto Tune kit is for you. The Dynojet Auto Tune kit is an "add on" accessory that can be used with any of our Power Commander V's. It connects to the PCV with a single cable and requires only a ground and +12 volt connection to be made to install. If your exhaust does not already have one, a "weld in" O2 sensor bung is included. Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work. For advanced users that would like to change the Air/Fuel ratios from our baseline they are fully adjustable. Each throttle opening/rpm combination is individually adjustable, so that you can have both fuel economy, during cruise, while maintaining peak output at larger throttle openings. For most models of bikes it is also possible to adjust the Air/Fuel ratios "per gear". This gives you total control of the fueling in every gear and throttle/rpm area if required.
